 ANIDRA (INSOMNIA) PE EK JHALAK

Insaan ke jism o sehat ke liye jaise sehatmand khanaa khanaa, saans lenaa zaruri he thik waise hi limited nind kaa honaa bhi zaruri he. Achi neend ek bahut bari naymat hai aur jis ko raat ki pursakon neend na milay aur nind puraa naa ho paaye to unhe ye baat halka nahin lenaa chaahiye kyun ke nind naa honaa bhi ek bimaari he jise Hindi mein "Anidra" kahte hein aur English mein is Bimaari ko "Insomnia" kahaa jataa he.

ANIDRA (INSOMNIA) KE NUKSAANAAT :
Anidra (Insomnia) se bahut saari baatein samne aa sakte hein, Jiase:
1. Sehat kharab hona shuro ho jati hai
2. karne ki rafter kam ho jati hai

ANIDRA (INSOMNIA) SE BACHNE KI UPAAI :
Anidra se bachne ke liye yahaan main kuchhh Gharelu Nushke bataanaa chaahungaa, jo agar hum apply karein to Anidra se bachaa jaa saktaa he, Jaise:
  • Raat ka khana sone say 2 se 3 ghante pahle kha layna chahiye.
  • Raat ko khane ke baad thori walk karne se neend achchhi aati hai.
  • Sone se pahle agar garam doodh pi liyae jaei to sone me asaani hoti hai aur pursakoon  neend aati hai
  • Koi bimaari jis ke wajaah se nind naa aati ho to sab se pahle us bimaari ki Ilaaj karwaye aur Doctor ki salaah lein

  • Koi soothing music sunne se bhi raat ki neend achchhi aati hai.
